Enjoy it on the rocks, with a splash of soda or mixed it up in one of our taste-bud tantalizing cocktails!

It really doesn’t matter how you consume it, as long as it is the way YOU like it! Beautiful amber liquid gliding down your throat!

Strawberry Fashioned

50 ml Toor

50 ml strawberry syrup

4 dashes bitters

20 ml lemon juice

 

Shake all ingredients in a shaker and pour over ice serve with freeze dried strawberry glass.

Tropical Toor

50 ml Toor

50 ml Amaretto

60 ml Pineapple Juice

Marchino Cherry

 

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker and strain over a large ice block into a whiskey glass and garnish with a marchino cherry and dried pineapple slice.

Buchu Julep

50 ml Toor

3 slices of mango

½ tsp dried buchu leaves

2 mint leaves

20 ml simple syrup

Soda water to top off

 

In a tumbler muddle the mango, buchu and simple syrup together. Top with the Toor and top with crushed ice. Top up soda water. Garnish with dried buchu leaves and fresh mint.

Breakfast & Lunch = Brunch

50 ml Toor

50 ml rooibos tea

20 ml lemon juice

3 spoons apricot jam

 

Shake all ingredients in a shaker and pour over crushed ice into a champagne glass and serve with a lemon twist.

Sparkling Elderflower Sour

50 ml Toor

30 ml elderflower syrup

20 ml lemon juice

15 ml egg white

Prosecco to top up

Cucumber ribbon garnish

 

Shake all ingredients in a shaker and pour into a coupe glass and top up with proseco and serve with a cucumber ribbon garnish.

Berry Toor

60 ml Toor

30 ml lemon juice

30 ml creme de cassis

30 ml simple syrup

1 dash angostura bitters

Lemon garnish

 

Shake all ingredients in a shaker and strain over a large ice block into a whiskey glass and top with a lemon garnish.
